Small bugfix: Added option --add-drop-table to the default options for mysqldump. This was causing a failure in restoring views.

Don't you have to wait with the "START SLAVE"-Statement until the mysqldump is done? When you store the parameter MASTER_LOG_FILE and MASTER_LOG_POS the slave is on hold. But then you start the slave with replication again and after that start the mysqldump. In there a chance that the slave gets new replication data between that moment which make the parameters MASTER_LOG_FILE and MASTER_LOG_POS invalid?
